[00:00:00] In this video, we're going to go over how to access your Profit Platform CRM. So let's get started. First, you'll want to log into your Profit Platform account. So to do that, if you aren't already logged in, go to https://ProfitPlatform.com/my-account and sign in. And once you're signed in, you can go over to the “Profit Platform CRM” tab.
[00:00:22] Now for this video, I'm going to assume that you've already requested to set up a CRM system for your website and therefore your page will look something like this. And so here on the page right here, it shows you the URL for the CRM, your email and your password. Now this password was set up when the account was originally created in the system. If you changed your password after that, then it will be something different that you'll need to remember. And so make sure you make a note of that if you do change your password. If you haven't changed your password, then simply go ahead and select and copy this password. And then click on this link here to go over to the Profit Platform CRM. Then you'll end up on a page that looks like this one. And you will just need to enter your email address here, and your password. So paste your password in, and then click the sign in button.
[00:01:19] Now it is going to send a security code to your email address every single time that you sign in. So then you'll need to click this button to send the security code. And then go to your email account and get the security code. And you'll just need to paste the security code that comes in that email right here and I just used control V to paste it in right here and now we can confirm the code.
[00:01:42] Now normally after you've logged in, it will basically keep you logged in. And so then you might not need to log in the next time you come in, but if for any reason the system does log you out or you log yourself out, then you'll need to go ahead and sign in again just like that. And that's how you access your Profit Platform CRM.
